Please review the following terms of use (the "user terms") that govern your use of the Rainbow Turtle Just Trading website ("the website"). By using the website you agree to follow and be bound by the user terms. The user terms are intended to constitute the whole agreement. No information or advice given by any other means, such as on the website, by email or telephone call, will be binding.

Data and Privacy

We keep your given personal information secured on our databases and accessible only by the authorised personel. Your contact details will only be used to contact you in connection with your own instructions with Rainbow Turtle Just Trading. Data collected from you at time of order (on you or those you send gifts to) will be stored in database and is used only to action your payment and order as directed. Data collected at time of registration or later modified during your login session will only be used with your permission. If you agree to recieve information regarding Rainbow Turtle Just Trading, you will be sent relevent information via email. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. This is done in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). Returns

All sales are final. If items are damaged in transit, please contact us by email or phone as well as taking the matter up with the carrier.

A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 2 days of your ordering, providing the item(s) ordered have not been dispatched from our warehouse, but a small charge may be incurred due to payment service transaction fees where a pro-forma invoice has been issued.

In the event of incorrect supply of item(s) by us to your order, please contact us by phone or email to arrange for the return and refund of the mis-supplied item(s). Such item(s) should be returned to us in their original condition.

Whether items(s) are returned in "original condition" is to be decided solely by Rainbow Turtle Just Trading but we adopt and ethical and pragmatic approach to this decision.

If item(s) are returned without being adequately packaged or in any way as to make them liable to being damaged in transit, AND Rainbow Turtle Just Trading deems that such damage has occurred, such item(s) will be deemed to have not been returned in their original condition and Rainbow Turtle Just Trading can refuse any refund.

Receipt of the item(s) is deemed to be the date on which the carrier used says or shows that they delivered the item.

Availability

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.

Contract Formation

A contract will be formed between you and Rainbow Turtle Just Trading for the sale of any items when goods are dispatched to your order. Title to the goods supplied to you will not pass to you until payment is complete. Payment will be deemed complete at such time as Rainbow Turtle Just Trading indicates via email that your payment has been cleared by Rainbow Turtle Just Trading's bank. Any email confirmation as detailed in this section will be deemed complete and to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the confirmation email is sent, regardless of whether or not the email is received.

Any contract can be cancelled by Rainbow Turtle Just Trading at any time at their sole discretion and all monies paid in respect thereof will be refunded.

Shipment

Delivery is available to mainland UK through use of the online store and checkout system. For overseas shipping please contact us before making an order, as we currently have no standard arrangements to deliver internationally. In the event of an overseas sale and delivery being arranged, all duties, taxes and any other payments whatsoever incurred in relation to the importation of goods from Rainbow Turtle Just Trading to another country will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

Liability

The use of this website is at your own risk. Rainbow Turtle Just Trading is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or our website or any related information technology. Rainbow Turtle Just Trading does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free from computer viruses or other malicious programs or any other technical difficulties which may cause direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damage to you or any other party.

Rainbow Turtle Just Trading shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including direct or indirect loss of profit.

Nothing on this website is warranted, either expressly or impliedly, and nothing therein shall constitute advice and should not be relied upon in any decision-making. This website may include technical, typographical or other errors or omissions and Rainbow Turtle Just Trading will incur no liability arising from these. Rainbow Turtle Just Trading does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any content, information, product or service provided by this website. Your statutory rights in relation to goods or service purchased through this website are not affected.

Variation

These Terms & Conditions may be changed by Rainbow Turtle Just Trading at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes will be intimated by the changes being posted on the website and you will therefore have been notified. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect after a period of one week commencing from the time from which they are posted. By using the website thereafter, you will have accepted the varied terms and will be bound by them.

Severability

In the event that any term of these Terms & Conditions is judicially held to be invalid or unenforceable, all of the remaining terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

An individual page may be downloaded for private, non-commercial and personal use for the purpose of placing an order with Rainbow Turtle Just Trading or using this website as a shopping resource. With this exception, no contents of this website (including text, video, audio, audio-visual material, graphics) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent unless such permission is clearly indicated by the wording of the website. All weights and measures are approximate. Images may be enhanced, enlarged or otherwise modified. Descriptions are compiled by reference to information available to us at the time of listing.
